When will I receive my order and how is it shipped?
I currently use UPS ground to ship. Allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive.

Can you ship in hot weather?
At this time, I cannot guarantee that your order will be safe if shipped in hot weather - therefore, I do not ship between June and mid-October.

I live in your area, can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?
In most cases, I can hand-deliver your order - please call me after placing your order to arrange this.

Where do your ingredients come from?
My chocolate comes from Belgium, my vanilla is organic, fair trade vanilla, and the rest of my ingredients are purchased locally in Wisconsin. I strive to use the freshest, highest quality ingredients that I can get.

Where are your products made?
I create every one of my products in my inspected and licensed kitchen facilities in Wisconsin.

Are your products fresh?
Yes! My products do not sit on the shelf. I create my fudge and truffles when you order!
